How I work
As a Person Centred Counsellor, I have worked with hundreds of people over thousands of hours, offering a confidential space for them to explore their thoughts and feelings to find a way through their difficulties, into a calmer and easier place.
My intention is to build a real connection with you so together we can work through the experiences you have had and gain clarity on what has brought you to this point. Maybe something specific has happened that’s making life challenging, maybe you don’t know exactly what’s causing you to feel like you do, but you want things to change.
With warmth and empathy, we can work together to make sense of your issues so change becomes possible. I provide a non-judgemental space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings where you will be listened to and accepted for who you are.
The focus of our sessions will be on giving you the time and confidence to feel understood and allowing you to share what you’re going through. This shared exploration and discovery often helps things feel lighter, more manageable and the way forward becomes clearer.
My aim is to stay at your side throughout that journey, wherever it takes us.
Whatever is going on for you, it can be difficult to decide to look for a therapist. Sometimes it is the hardest thing to do. If you do get in touch, I will try to make the process as easy as I can.
